Huntsville SEO and AI automation for local and national brands

I build AI systems that run marketing for real businesses.

Working since 2002 to 2026

In SEO and digital marketing since 2002. Now I build the AI systems that do the work: search, content, automation, agents and dashboards. See the career.

Every pane is a project

Each one has its own page with what it does, the stack behind it, and whether it is live.

Five layers, one system

This is what I build for a business, from the ground up. Each layer is a real project: 4 live and 1 in build.

  1. See the numbers from every system in one place
  2. Hand routine internal tasks to AI agents
  3. Follow up with every lead without doing it by hand
  4. Keep every page and listing written and published
  5. Get found on Google and in AI answers

Drawn before it is built

Every project here started as a written plan. A PRD comes first, then a rules file the agent reads every session, one checkpoint per session, and a gate that has to pass before anything ships.

This site is built the same way. How I build.

Built in the Huntsville area

I run two agencies here. I own PopNet Media, and I co-founded HSVAGI (Huntsville AI Automations), which builds AI chatbots and automation for Huntsville businesses. I work with local Huntsville businesses and national brands. These are the projects built for this area, each with its own page.

  • Live

    RedstoneArsenalJobs.com

A defense-careers job board for the Huntsville corridor, pulling listings from federal sources and adding AI resume and interview tools on top.

  • In build

North Alabama Local Lead-Gen Site Portfolio

A portfolio of search-driven lead-gen and affiliate sites for high-ticket local services in North Alabama, built on a versioned playbook that gates every page on facts competitors don't publish.

  • In build

    Local RV Rental City Sites

A growing network of city-level RV rental sites, each built on one codebase and localized to the rules, routes, and venues of its own market.

Buyers of big-ticket home services in Huntsville find dealer sites that repeat the same generic facts. The answers they need, like whether a residential gas meter can feed a 22–26kW generator or how long Redstone badging takes, sit with utilities, permit offices, and agencies, and nobody has put them on a page. I build sites that go get those facts, publish them first, and send the resulting leads to local operators. How the North Alabama sites work.

Work with me

I work with local Huntsville businesses and national brands, through PopNet Media and HSVAGI. In plain terms, this is what you can hire me for:

  • SEO for Google and AI answers. I run local SEO across 70+ franchise markets. The marketing track.
  • AI automation. Lead follow-up, content and routine tasks that stop needing a person. The automation workflows.
  • Websites and web apps. From a local lead site to a full job board. RedstoneArsenalJobs.com.
  • A part-time technology and marketing lead. Fractional leadership, the way I work for a 70+ location franchise now. The resume.

If you run many locations, put them on one network before you automate anything. At a 70+ location franchise, every location had its own site, so one plugin update or template change meant doing the same work 70+ times. Nobody could see which locations had drifted. One network made each change a single rollout. 70+ Location WordPress Platform.
