Corporate Visibility Dashboard

One dashboard for leadership, unifying booking, CRM, and RV share platform data that previously lived in separate systems.

The problem

Leadership had to pull numbers from three systems and reconcile them by hand to answer basic questions about network performance. Each pull was a manual export, so the answer was always out of date.

What I built

  • Unified Wheelbase, GoHighLevel, and RV share platform data
  • Leadership view of network performance

How I built it

  • Replaced recurring manual exports with a scheduled pipeline
  • Built on existing tools rather than a custom app, to keep it cheap to maintain
