FireBot Operations Platform

An AI operations layer for corporate staff, with a function registry, an access matrix, background workflows, and a daily briefing agent.

The problem

Corporate staff run the same operational lookups and tasks across several systems every day. Doing that through separate tools means context switching, and there is no single record of who is allowed to run what.

What I built

  • Function registry defining what the system can do
  • Access matrix controlling who can run each function

How I built it

  • Every function is defined and logged rather than prompted ad hoc
  • Access is decided by the matrix, not by the agent
  • Built in checkpoints, with the registry written before the agent that calls it
