The problem
Franchisee training was delivered and chased manually, so onboarding depended on whoever had time to run it. Training deadlines and coaching calls were tracked by hand, and questions went to corporate staff one at a time.

- Learning management system for franchisee training and operations
- Claude-powered AI assistant with lesson-context chat
- Training-deadline and coaching-call calendars
- SMS delivery through GoHighLevel
How I built it
- Turned an existing manual training and follow-up process into a scheduled system
- AI assistant grounded in the lesson content rather than answering from general knowledge
- Built checkpoint by checkpoint with Claude Code against a written spec
