Long-Term RV Rental Network

A network for monthly and long-term RV stays, aimed at the people who need somewhere to live for months rather than a weekend trip.

The problem

Nightly RV rental marketplaces are built for holidays, so they price and present everything by the night. People displaced by home loss, on long work contracts, or between houses need monthly terms, and the rules that decide whether a stay is even possible sit with parks and insurers rather than the rental platform.

What I built

  • Long-term and monthly RV rental network: longtermrv.rentals
  • Market pages built for monthly stays rather than nightly trips
  • Temporary housing directory for home loss and long work contracts: temphomefinder.com

How I built it

  • Built on the same city-site codebase as the nightly network, with the terms and content changed rather than the stack
  • Each market researched for park and stay rules before the pages are written

  • Local RV Rental City SitesA growing network of city-level RV rental sites, each built on one codebase and localized to the rules, routes, and venues of its own market.
  • PopNet Venture Evaluation & PRD FrameworkA repeatable system that runs every new business idea through a structured, skeptical evaluation and turns only the ideas that score 7 or higher into build-ready PRDs for autonomous development in Claude Code.
